What Serany thinks about this poem

Meaning

Adulthood, he says, is everybody trying to find somewhere to put their spirituality without feeling embarrassed about it. We split the atom and still cannot say why a baby, or a kitten, or somebody listening to us properly, flips a switch somewhere. He calls it a blessing to live as a thing that is always dying.

Who's it for

A family who feel something at a funeral and have no words for it. Right for a room that is not religious and is not comfortable saying so either.

Are you planning a funeral?

A Serany website keeps the whole funeral in one place: the plans and the details, who is coming, flowers and donations, and somewhere for everyone who knew them to leave a memory.
