What Serany thinks about this poem

Meaning

Somebody has been given 37 days and counts them again in hours. He says the body is only the packaging and that love does not go anywhere after death, it stays beside you. Then he divides up the days he has left: one for anger, one to resent, one to forgive, none to forget.

Who's it for

A husband or wife who was told how long they had. Right for a family who watched somebody spend their last weeks reassuring everybody else.

Are you planning a funeral?

A Serany website keeps the whole funeral in one place: the plans and the details, who is coming, flowers and donations, and somewhere for everyone who knew them to leave a memory.
