What Serany thinks about this poem

Meaning

He is standing with somebody in a blue shirt, looking at the gap above the fridge where a shelf never went up. The man lists the things he meant to do, then says he was never here to be neat, he was here to make a mess. It closes on a life full of mistakes and a life full of heart.

Who's it for

Someone who was never tidy and was all heart. Right for a family who would rather laugh about the shelf than pretend it got done.
