What Serany thinks about this poem

Meaning

He says all of it was true: some of it beautiful, some of it cruel, all of it perfect and broken at once. A life is a mirror asking you to be somebody you would be proud of. It ends by telling the person who died that they may not have loved all of it, but all of it loved them.

Who's it for

Someone whose life was half beautiful and half hard, with nobody pretending otherwise. Right for a family who want the whole of it acknowledged in one reading.

Are you planning a funeral?

A Serany website keeps the whole funeral in one place: the plans and the details, who is coming, flowers and donations, and somewhere for everyone who knew them to leave a memory.
