What Serany thinks about this poem
Meaning
The person speaking refuses to say they loved someone, because the past tense would make the love sound finished. It has not finished. It still turns up uninvited and still nudges them through the day.
Who's it for
A husband or wife who flinches every time somebody uses the past tense about them. It gives them the sentence they have been trying to find.

Are you planning a funeral?
A Serany website keeps the whole funeral in one place: the plans and the details, who is coming, flowers and donations, and somewhere for everyone who knew them to leave a memory.
